At our Shiloh, IL, clinic, you can walk in for immediate care for gynecologic emergencies and pregnancy concerns from providers with specialized women’s health expertise. No appointment is required, and you’ll have the same out-of-pocket costs as a visit to your doctor’s office (not an urgent care co-pay).
There are three easy ways to visit Women’s Urgent Care of Advantia:
Check-in now for your desired visit time. While your visit time is not guaranteed due to our need to treat urgent walk-in situations, checking in ahead of time moves you to the front of the line and streamlines on-site check in – and can significantly shorten your wait.
Walk into our clinic at 1197 Fortune Boulevard between 11:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and check in at that time using your mobile device and the code above.
No smart phone or internet connection? Check in electronically at the front desk with your insurance card and photo identification. Please be sure to bring your insurance card and a valid photo identification, even if you upload your information in advance.

Marion Reyes is a dedicated Certified Nurse-Midwife (CNM) with a passion for women's urgent care. She was integral to the launch of Advantia’s first dedicated Women’s Urgent Care clinic, located in Shiloh, IL, where she currently spends the majority of her time.
With a focus on providing comprehensive care for women of all ages, Marion specializes in a range of services, including annual well-woman exams, birth control, LGBTQ+ care, prenatal and postpartum care. She is committed to ensuring that every patient receives personalized and compassionate care, while advocating for inclusive and supportive healthcare.
Marion earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Hawaii. She then obtained her master's degree in nursing from the University of Phoenix. Following this, she attended Georgetown University, where she received her master's degree in nurse-midwifery.
